Spa was defined by rain and penalties. Dunne took pole, with Goethe on reverse-grid Sprint pole. The Sprint went to Fornaroli ahead of Martins and Minì, a race disrupted by an opening-lap collision involving Verschoor, Browning and Crawford that ended Browning's race, by Cordeel's retirement after contact with Martins, and by multiple safety car periods, the final one neutralising the closing laps as much of the field tried to make a soft-tyre stint work without getting past Goethe. The Feature was run in confirmed wet conditions, the morning's rain having already forced the F3 feature to be abandoned. Dunne led from pole and crossed the line first on the road, but a ten-second penalty for not engaging the start procedure on the formation lap dropped him to ninth, costing both the win and his points lead. Lindblad, who would have inherited victory, was then disqualified for tyre pressures below the minimum. The win therefore fell to Staněk, who had jumped Miyata in the pit stops, with Miyata taking a maiden podium in second and Browning recovering to third. A red flag for Goethe's engine failure interrupted a chaotic race full of spins. Fornaroli emerged as the new championship leader, with Dunne tumbling to fourth.
