Zak O'Sullivan (born 6 February 2005) is a British racing driver who rose through the FIA Formula 3 and Formula 2 ranks as a member of the Williams Driver Academy.
Junior career
O'Sullivan came up through British karting, winning the British Super One rookie title in 2014 and contesting the CIK-FIA European Championship. In single-seaters he had a standout 2020 F4 British Championship campaign with Carlin, taking multiple wins but finishing runner-up by just three points to Luke Browning. He joined the Williams Driver Academy in February 2022.
Formula 3
O'Sullivan spent two seasons in FIA Formula 3 with Carlin. His 2022 rookie year brought two podiums and 11th in the standings. In 2023 he stepped up significantly, taking four wins and 119 points to finish runner-up in the championship.
Formula 2
For 2024 O'Sullivan graduated to FIA Formula 2 with ART Grand Prix. He took two feature/sprint wins, at Monaco and Spa-Francorchamps, but his season was cut short: funding constraints forced him to leave the seat mid-year, and he finished 16th overall. As a Williams junior he had earlier driven the Williams FW45 in the 2023 Abu Dhabi FP1 session and post-season testing.
After F2
O'Sullivan moved to Japan from 2025, racing in Super Formula and Super GT, broadening his career beyond the European single-seater ladder.
