Hon Chio Leong, also known as Charles Leong, is a racing driver from Macau. He made his name in Asian junior categories, winning the Chinese Formula 4 and Asian Formula Renault titles in 2017 and racing in Asian Formula 3 with Hitech, where he placed fourth in the points.
Leong's brush with the FIA Formula 3 Championship came at the end of the 2019 season. Aged 18, he joined Jenzer Motorsport for the Sochi finale, replacing Giorgio Carrara alongside Yuki Tsunoda and Andreas Estner, in preparation for his home Macau Grand Prix. It was a one-off cameo rather than a full campaign. At the 2019 Macau Grand Prix he finished 19th. He remained a regular and popular competitor in Asian touring car and GT racing thereafter.
