Ryan Tveter (born 20 May 1994 in Oyster Bay, New York) is an American racing driver whose junior single-seater career ran through the European ladder in the 2010s. He raced in Formula Renault 2.0 (2013-2014) and the FIA Formula 3 European Championship (2015-2016) before two seasons in the GP3 Series.
With Trident in GP3, his best season was 2017, when he finished 8th with 78 points and a fastest lap across 15 starts, without a pole or win; a second GP3 campaign followed in 2018.
Formula 2
Tveter's Formula 2 involvement was brief. In 2019 he appeared as a one-off replacement for Trident at the Austrian round, contesting two races and finishing 27th in the standings with no points. It marked the end of his FIA single-seater career, which never produced a race victory at the GP3 or F2 level.
