Roman Henio Piers Bilinski (born 4 March 2004 in Lechlade, England) is a Polish-British racing driver who reached the FIA Formula 2 grid in 2026, having already carved his name into Polish motorsport history on the way up.

The climb

Bilinski's career began in 2018 in the Winter Series of the Ginetta Junior Championship, before he progressed into the British single-seater system. After a spell in British F4 he stepped up mid-season to GB3 (British F3) in 2021, where he made history as the first Polish driver ever to win a race in the championship, ending the year with three wins and seven podiums for seventh overall. He then committed to three full seasons in the Formula Regional European Championship (FRECA) with Trident, building experience across some of Europe's most demanding circuits.

Formula Regional Oceania title

The standout title of his junior career came over the 2024 winter in New Zealand, where he won the Formula Regional Oceania Championship with M2 Competition in dominant fashion — 6 wins, 5 poles and 12 podiums across 15 races, sealing the crown with a race to spare. It was the breakthrough result that confirmed his front-running credentials ahead of his graduation to FIA machinery.

Formula 3

Bilinski stepped up to the FIA Formula 3 Championship with Rodin Motorsport in 2025. As a rookie he finished 11th in the standings with one win and three podiums, taking his victory in the Monza Sprint Race and adding podiums in the Melbourne season-opener and the Monaco Feature Race — a haul that showed flashes of the front-running speed without the consistency to mount a title bid.

2026 / temporada actual

For 2026 Bilinski graduated to FIA Formula 2 with DAMS Lucas Oil, a step he described as a "no-brainer" and as being "one stage closer to the dream" of Formula 1. He partners Ferrari Driver Academy member Dino Beganovic at the French squad. His rookie F2 campaign was still in its early stages mid-season, with the Pole-British driver setting his sights on steady gains and competitive performances as he adapts to the category's heavier, faster cars and the demands of tyre and fuel management that define the F1 feeder series.
