Luke Browning

Luke Browning is a British racing driver and member of the Williams Driver Academy who rose through Formula 3 and Formula 2 as one of Britain's brightest junior prospects.

Junior career

Browning arrived in FIA Formula 3 as a GB3 champion, joining Hitech Pulse-Eight for 2023.

Formula 3

In his 2023 rookie F3 season with Hitech, Browning finished 15th overall, his best result a second place in the Barcelona sprint race; a late call-up and limited track knowledge left him playing catch-up. He returned with Hitech in 2024 and finished third in the championship, taking wins in Bahrain and Austria plus a Monaco podium, along with two pole positions and two fastest laps.

Formula 2

After Zak O'Sullivan vacated his seat, Browning made his Formula 2 debut with ART Grand Prix for the final three rounds of 2024, scoring on debut with seventh in Baku and finishing 26th in the standings. For 2025 he moved to Hitech for his first full F2 campaign and finished fourth in the championship, staying in title contention until the penultimate round in Qatar. He took his maiden F2 victory from pole in the Monza feature race and added eight further podiums, accumulating 162 points and winning the Dallara Overtake of the Year award for a charge from 12th in wet conditions at Silverstone.

Williams

Browning made his F1 weekend debut driving for Williams in FP1 at the 2024 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix and completed 105 laps in the FW46 at the post-season young driver test.
