Bent Viscaal (full name Bent Max Calvin Viscaal, born 18 September 1999 in Almelo) is a Dutch racing driver who climbed from FIA Formula 3 to FIA Formula 2 at the turn of the decade.
Formula 3
Viscaal joined the reformed FIA Formula 3 Championship in its inaugural 2019 season with HWA Racelab, but managed only a single points finish in a difficult mid-table campaign. He switched to MP Motorsport for 2020 and, with a more competitive package, took a maiden win and a podium on his way to 13th in the standings.
Formula 2
After impressing in the 2020 Bahrain post-season test, Viscaal earned a 2021 FIA Formula 2 seat with Trident alongside Marino Sato. He scored his first F2 points at Baku, finishing fourth in a race — at the time Trident's best result of the modern F2 era. The rest of the season was a struggle for the team and he did not continue as a full-time F2 driver afterwards.
After F2
Viscaal moved into sportscar and endurance racing, competing in prototypes and the LMP categories in subsequent seasons.
