The Yas Marina finale was a two-way title fight, with Pourchaire leading Vesti and only those two in contention. Doohan took pole. The Sprint, from a reversed grid, went to Vesti, who fought back through the field and took the lead from Fittipaldi at Turn 6 in the closing laps as Fittipaldi locked up. A safety car for a stricken Correa interrupted proceedings. Vesti won ahead of Fittipaldi and Verschoor, with Pourchaire only seventh, keeping his title hopes alive but reducing his cushion. The Feature decided the championship. Doohan converted pole into a lights-to-flag win, but the drama was further back. Pourchaire, starting 14th, took softs and pitted early, the undercut helping him climb. Vesti ran long before switching to softs for a late charge, caught Pourchaire and the pair ran inches apart – Pourchaire mounting a multi-lap defence that secured his title. Vesti eventually passed and went on to third after a last-lap clash with Maloney, but Pourchaire's fifth was more than enough. Doohan won ahead of Martins and Vesti, and Pourchaire was crowned 2023 champion, ART's first title since 2019.
